Melody Fleming

Melody earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from Christopher Newport University. After graduating, she pursued her interest in working with autistic individuals by practicing ABA, but joined the UT team in 2023 shortly after being introduced to RPM for the first time. While working at UT, she has enjoyed learning how to support students' communication and getting to know each individual's unique personality. Her current roles include teaching financial literacy at UT Academy, supporting college students, and leading discussions about topics of interest.
